Run, you bastards. I'm coming for you all.

My name is Alex and I really like lots of things

“13 things my uncle told me before he died:
not everyone has the blessing to understand sadness
when waiting at the bus stop, it’s okay to smoke cigarettes
never touch anyone else’s clothes at the laundromat
it’s okay to miss the people who were bullets to you
when your grandmother asks you how you are, be honest
never be afraid to say “no” even after you’ve said “yes”
if someone tells you graffiti isn’t art, prove them wrong
remember people by their eye color not their clothes
you’re allowed to like dark chocolate with tangerines
don’t lie that you don’t have a lighter when you really do
turn your phone off every once in a while and find the moon
if you want a tattoo, don’t let anyone tell you not to get it
if you ever find yourself at the graveyard, read the names”

penicillium-pusher:

Pride flags for some of the more so-called “unconventional” genders and sexualities. This is for the people who don’t always feel like they are welcome or a part of the LGBTQ+ community. We may not receive the recognition and representation we deserve, but that doesn’t mean we aren’t here.

the-dawn-wont-end-the-night:

"you can’t be a pansexual, you’ve only been in three relationships and they’ve all been with cis guys"

oh sorry i wasn’t aware i needed the eight pansexual badges before i was considered a pansexual master

EDIT: someone politely informed me that genderqueer should be switched to genderfluid. noted!

sometimes I remember that to most people I appear 100% straight and vanilla and I laugh

Television is way ahead of film because it doesn’t feel the need to polarize women. Male writers either want to make women the angel or the whore. Women are more complex than that.
